Yoga is one of the biggest blessings in my life. I discovered yoga when I was about fifteen or sixteen years old. It is my way of centering myself, it is what I do to ease tension in my body and correct skeletal and muscular misalignments, it is my way of exercising, it is one of my ways to connect with my self and with God, it is my work. Having a home yoga asana practice, is so important to me. In times like these, it is more important that ever. Last few days have been rough, I am going through a lot of stress, as do many of you guys. I am self-employed and as of today, I am outside the measures that the government has decided upon to ease the economical consequences of the Corona virus. My work is closed until 26th of march. This is the situation for many people in Norway, and people living in other countries also goes through similar situations. Our daily lives has changed drastically. I am sad on behalf of humanity. I am worried about my finances and the finances of businesses and nations.
These last few days, I felt that a part of me did not want to practice yoga. It is hard to connect with yourself when you are going through rough times. It is easier to stay distracted. Finding something to watch on Netflix or scroll through youtube videos, or the newspapers and read about the virus. But it is so important though, to stay centered and connected. It is important to tune in to yourself and listen to what is going on inside of you. What you are really feeling, and thinking and sensing. Connect to your mind, body and heart. Meditate, go within, listen to your thoughts, listen to your heart and your body. Your inner being is so valuable. It is telling you your truth. It is letting you know about your needs, mental, emotional and physical.
When we practice asana (yoga positions), we move the energy in our body. This can feel overwhelming when you have a lot of emotional stress inside. The moving of energy can make your emotions surface. But this is important so that you can become aware of them, let it out, heal, integrate and move forward.

There has also been some positive things happening to me this week, and I am going to share one of them with you today. You all know that I am living a yogic lifestyle. I follow the yamas and niyamas as much as possible. One part of this is saucha which means cleanliness or purity in sanskrit. To me saucha is what leads to optimal health. I have always leaned more towards natural things than synthetic things. Anyways, I’ve felt that along with my asana practice, I have gained a more refined sensitivity that gives me an aversion towards certain foods and skin care etc. I stopped eating meat for example, and then I stopped almost completely to eat and drink dairy. I never planned on becoming a vegetarian or vegan, but it kind of happened as a bi-effect of my asana practice. This is what I mean by Saucha. When you get more sensitive (more in tune with your body), you will be more drawn to healthier foods and have a stronger aversion towards unnatural things. To me this includes processed foods, synthetic skin care and hair care. Healthy and natural stuff feels clean. Also I have become more aware of radiation. I belive that radiation, for example from wifi, and also geopathic stress, is very threatening to our health and that we should take it very seriously. I am terrified of 5G for example. It is my instinct that 5G is the mistake of the millennium.

Because of this, I invested in a Somavedic Medic, which is a device that is protecting against these threats. It is emitting frequencies that are harmonizing negative influences in the environment. I am very happy about the results so far. I am feeling much better, I have more energy, my sleep is better, my aura feels more dense (less holes), and some blockages in my throat chakra has been healed. Other people are also reporting about very positive health benefits. You can read more about the benefits here: https://somavedic.com/pages/effects-of-somavedic?ref=kayayogini, and what other people say here: https://somavedic.com/pages/refrences?ref=kayayogini.
