The energy changes a lot from day to day, and so it is hard to get enough time to write about one subject. My posts are inspired by what I am sensing from the universe and this week, I feel like the subject is completely different one day to the other. I always want to write something that can be useful for you guys, as well as expressing what is on my mind. This week, I have been thinking about isolation, about holding light within the body, and today I am thinking about staying optimistic. Also I wrote about how your yogapractice prepares you for higher energy and helps you through times like these, and then I felt like not posting any of those things. Now I am thinking about my own business and what I’m gonna do about it. I don’t belive I’m the only one.
People are experiencing a lot of fear, monotony, worry, distancing, but also togetherness, endings and beginnings. There is so much going on at the same time. I am experiencing all of this too. My yoga practice is more important than ever. Today I felt so stressed, and out of it, then I listened to my own guided meditation before I was about to upload it to youtube, and it helped me so much. What I want to tell you, is just to not underestimate yoga and meditation. It can help you so much with seing things from a distance, get back into your body, get more centered and back into yourself. Five minutes is enough to shift your thoughts. Take some few deep breaths and observe your mind. Watching your thoughts helps you to disidentify with them. It helps you to get out of your train of thoughts. Also prioritize to do your asana practice, or if you aren’t currently practicing yoga, this is the time to start! Moving with breath is calming for the nerves system. It calms both your body and mind. Also exercise is helping against depression. Move your body in any way. If you don’t want to do yoga, do something else.

The other day, there was a new moon, and the energy was very creative. That was the day that I was writing the esoteric post about holding light within the body. The reason was that times with such major changes, are huge opportunities for elevation. I felt like what is happening is kind of like there has been a crack in the wall of a dark room so that the light finally can come in. And what I mean by that is that people are now being super innovative. For many people there is actually improvement due to these changes. I think it is important now to see what opportunities you have and to take those opportunities. I belive very strongly that there is a lot of positive things happening that we can take with us to improve our system when lock down is over.
Last week, I was reminded of a previous perspective that I used to have. That things can be random, and that there is nothing governing physicality, than physicality itself. I don’t belive this anymore. To me all incidents are interwoven and all people are participating in the weaving. I think there is a reason behind everything that is happening. I think that our societies will eventually improve because of the work that we are doing today. I think it’s important that we try to make things better than they where, not cling to the past.
