Launching

Welcome to my blog and to my new webpage! I am so happy to finally be launching! It was a much longer process with many more obstacles than I had accounted for, but now it is finally done and I can take a breather. I’ve been off social media for a while working on my own creative projects. This webpage being one of them. Working towards a launch takes time, and not only am I launching my new webpage, I have just recently launched my first public YouTube video as well. If you haven’t seen it, it is on the front page.

My style of teaching is a little bit different. I have written about it on the front page under “Teachings”, but in short, I teach how to reprogram the musculoskeletal system to free the body from blockages and gain more stability and freedom of movement in the body. For people who have bad posture, closed chest, tight lower back or anterior or posterior pelvic tilt, stuff like that, this will help you! All my videos will be for the musculoskeletal system, but of course with different themes. I hope that my teachings will help some people. It has helped me a lot. I had a lot of back issues that you can read about in the KayaYogini page. The solution that I found to my issues has now become the foundations of  my teachings.

So I am being creative nowadays. I love making videos and writing blogs. To me my videos are not only about the yoga, but also about how it looks aesthetically. It’s important for me to make things look nice. That is a part of me. In fact, when I was little, I wanted to become a designer and I studied arts. When I am being creative is when I feel the most alive. So now I am in an experimentation phase with my videos to see what works out and not. What does my audience like and dislike. The video that  came up yesterday was filmed from above. I hope that it was easy to follow it. I think some positions are easier to see from above and some are easier to see from the side.

Jumping on to something else, here are some thoughts on the spiritual aspect of launching. Launching is a new start, but it’s more than that. Launching is like a birth. It is an opening of opportunities, an exposure of many months of work, it is an unveiling of a passion project, it’s a piece of my soul being left open and vulnerable to other peoples judgement. It’s both scary and liberating at the same time.

Before I close, please follow me on Instagram if you don’t already, also follow me on facebook, follow my blog and sign up to my newsletter. You don’t know how much I appreciate all of you who are already following me!
