How To Stay Centered (When You Feel Stressed Out)

I’ve tried to write this blog many times, and every time I have to delete it, because things are changing so fast now, it’s getting outdated as I write. I guess this blog is gonna be about…. how to stay centered when everything is changing all the time. L.O.L.

For me personally I have many exciting things coming up, many of them are not completely determined yet. In the end of the month, I will be moving, and also I will go to Poland again (actually at the same time). This time, I am taking a course in Shiatsu face massage. Which is beneficial for the energy in the body and the inner beauty and the outer beauty. It will be so fun, and I get to meet my polish friends again. I might also be starting to study… but I won’t tell you what yet.. It is something completely different which you will not be expecting from me. I don’t know yet if I am accepted at the studies, so I am waiting to know that. I wish I new exactly how things are going to turn out, but I don’t, so here is this months messy blog.

images-1.jpegAll though there are a lot of changes and things aren’t really settled, at least I can kinda see where I am headed. Things are like half way manifested. There is a lot happening every day. Do you feel the same? I know many people are going through big changes at this time of the year. Many people are changing places to live, starting to study or getting new jobs.

I often like to do shadow work and do some healing when things come up, but right now, I feel like it is not the time for that. It isn’t really internally what is happening, but rather externally with visible life changes. I truly feel like it is actually very positive and that many dreams will come true, it’s just the not knowing that can be a bit frustrating at times.

What I have found useful at this time, is to stay positive and to keep a positive outlook and have faith. I feel like things are going to work itself out, so the best thing right now, would just be to surrender. If you need something to stay more centered in yourself at this time, or whenever you feel stressed, my advice is to meditate, go out in nature or do some yoga. Maybe write some positive affirmations to turn the worry into optimism.  Anything really that can calm your mind so that your thoughts doesn’t go anywhere. You know wherever your focus goes, energy flows. So keeping the thoughts on something positive is a good advice for being centered in yourself. Yoga and meditation helps with this.

My thing of course is Ashtanga Yoga, which is also very grounding. It gets me back into my body. I love Ashtanga Yoga. Practicing every morning give me a sense of stability and  direction in my life when things are feeling chaotic. It also calms the mind and the nerves system.
